4) Discharge Circuit
In case that the unit is turned ON after the latch circuit worked at abnormal condition, it is impossible to boot the unit unless the
electric charge in the power supply is discharged. To save the waiting time for reboot, the unit has a discharge circuit consisting
of Q610 and Q611.
