Cleaning Your Shaver
TO ASSURE SMOOTH, EFFICIENT PERFORMANCE,
IT IS IMPORTANT TO CLEAN YOUR SHAV E R .
C A U T I O N: Do not remove or replace the head
assembly while shaver is
running as it may cause
damage to the unit.
After each shave, turn
o ff shaver and re m o v e
the head assembly by
grasping the head
removal tabs on both
sides of head assembly
between thumb and fore-
finger and pull straight
u p w a rd to re m o v e .
Holding the cutter as
shown, brush and blow
out the hair clippings
f rom the cutter. Lightly
tap base of head assem-
bly on a flat s u rface. Do
not remove scre e n
assembly from head
a s s e m b l y. Do not use
cleaning brush on
s c reen as it may dam-
age it. When re p l a c i n g
head assembly do not
p ress or touch the
s c re e n .
To avoid possible
damage, it is not re c o m-
m e n ded to remove the
cutter assembly except
for re p l a c e m e n t .
H o w e v e r, if necessary to
remove the cutter
a s s e m b l y, grasp cutter between thumb and fore f i n-
ger and gently lift upward to re m o v e cutter fro m
oscillator tip. Please note the spring seated on the
