To use the Menu function, follow these steps:
1. Press the component button whose menu you
wish to access (TV, VCR, DVD'AUX or
DBS.CABLE).
2. Press the MENU key. The menu of the chosen
component is shown.
Note: Some functions of some brands may not be ful]y suppofred
3. To exit the menu mode press the corresponding
component key on the remote (TV, VCR,
DVD'AUX or DBS.CABLE).
Special Notes for Menu Use

1. In the Menu Mode of RCA, GE and PROSCAN TVs, pressing the MENU key selects
the highlighted item. The numeric keys nay also be used to select the menu choice.
2. For SONY conponents, pressing the ENTER key while in Menu Mode returns
to the prevlous menu.
The RCU704 has a SLEEP key, which automatically turns off your TV at a duration
you choose from 1 to 99 minutes. To set the Sleep Timer, follow these steps:

2. Release the SLEEP kev
Enter the desired time in minutes on the
numeric keypad. (For minutes L-9, press 0
before the actual number). The indicator
light turns off. The maximum time for the
Sleep Feature is 99 minutes.
Leave the remote aiined at the TV The Sleep
Feature will not work unless the remote is
aimed at the TV.
