Removing
Note
Place a cloth under coolant pipe to absorb escaping coolant.
– Remove engine guard, if fitted ⇒ Body, front; Rep. gr. 50 ;
Engine guard .
– Clamp off coolant hoses -arrows- using hose clamps to 25 mm
-3094- and remove.
– Disconnect electrical connector -2-.
– Remove bolt -1- and detach continued coolant circulation
pump -V51- .
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Hose unions and air intake pipes/hoses must be free of oil and
grease when installing.
Secure all hose connections with hose clips corresponding to
the series equipment ⇒ Electronic parts catalogue .
In order to be able to attach the air ducts on their connections,
the screws of the used hose clips have to be sprayed with
penetrating spray before installing.
