The MTP drive must be used in conjunction with Windows Media Player 11 or later. Make
sure Windows Media Player 11 or later is installed on the computer before you install the
MTP drive. Then perform the following steps:

Try either of the following:

If the problem persists and you only want to synchronize media files between your HUAWEI
MediaPad 10 Link+ and the computer, use Windows Media Player 11 or later.

HiSuite: In this mode, the PC starts HiSuite, with which you can transfer files between
your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ and the PC and install applications on your
HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+.
USB storage device: In this mode, you can access files on your HUAWEI MediaPad 10
Link+ (including data in the internal storage and microSD card) by opening your PC's
new disk drive and transfer files between your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ and the
PC.
You can't access content in the microSD card from your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ when you
connect your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ to the PC in USB storage device mode.
Download and install
http://www.android.com/filetransfer/ or a third-party website.
Connect your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ to the Mac using a USB cable.
Start Android File Transfer. You can then transfer files between your HUAWEI
MediaPad 10 Link+ and the Mac.
Connect your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ to a computer using a USB cable.
On the screen displayed on your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+, touch HiSuite.
Open the new disk drive and double-click autorun.exe.
Check that you have installed Windows Media Player 11 or later on your computer.
If your HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+ is connected to a computer running Windows XP
or earlier, follow the onscreen instructions on the computer to install the driver for your
HUAWEI MediaPad 10 Link+.
