Call Transfer to Inside Extension
1. Press TRANSFER button
2. Dial the Extension or Press DSS button
3. Hang up or announce caller to inside person, hang up
If inside party says no to call. Press TRANSFER button and
tell the caller that person is unavailable
Call Transfer to Outside Party
1. Press TRANSFER button
2. Dial 9 and the Number
3. Hang up or announce caller to second person, then hang
up
If second outside party says no to call. Press TRANSFER
button and tell the caller that person is unavailable
Call Transfer to Voicemail
1. Press VOICEMAIL TRANSFER button
2. Dial Extension or Press DSS button
3. Hang up
Call Conference
1. Press CONF button
2. Dial Extension or dial 9 and the number
3. Tell new party they are joining a conference
4. Press CONF button & hear tone. Talk to all
5. To add up to 5 more parties. Repeat steps 1 through 3
To program extension DSS button
1. Press PROGRAM button
2. Press the BUTTON that you want to program
3. Dial 1 and the digits of extension
4. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE or ENTER
5. Lift handset to Exit or repeat steps 2, 3 & 4
To program one-touch button
1. Press PROGRAM button
2. Press the BUTTON that you want to program
3. Dial 2 then 9 for outside call and Number
4. Press AUTO DIAL / STORE or ENTER
5. Lift handset to Exit or repeat steps 2, 3 & 4
To Set Auto Answer for inside calls
1. With phone setting idle,
2. Press AUTO ANSWER
3. Button will be RED

To Use Auto Answer (internal only)
1. Hear a single tone instead of ringing
2. Just start talking hands free at the end of the tone
3. Call will end when other person disconnects
To Use Auto Answer when calling someone
1. You will hear a single tone instead of ringing
2. At the end of the tone, speak
3. Hang-up to end the call
To Set Up Headset Operation
1. With phone setting idle, Press PROGRAM button
2. Dial 61 or Headset Mode
3. Press ENTER
4. Press SEL to toggle between OFF & ON
5. Press ENTER to Save
To Set Up Background Music on your phone
1. With phone setting idle, Press PROGRAM button
2. Dial 65 or BGM
3. Press ENTER
4. Press SEL to toggle between OFF & ON
5. Press 1 or 2 to choose source
6. Press ENTER to Save
To Change a Ring Tone
1. Press PROGRAM button
2. Press LINE two times to be changed
3. Scroll through Ring Tones, press ENTER for desired tone
To Park Call
1. Press TRANSFER key
2. Dial 52 or Press PARK button and any two digits 00 - 99

3. Announce call with two digit location
To Auto Park Call
1. Press PARK button
2. Note the 2 digit Auto Park number in display, 00 - 99
3. Announce call with two digit location
To Retrieve Call
1. Press INTERCOM button
52 or Press RETRIEVE button, two digits (00 – 99)
2. Dial

3. Call is connected
