6. Connect the USB cable

Attach one end of the USB cable to your tape drive, as
shown in Figure 4. Attach the other end to your
computer's USB port. Figure 4 shows a USB port on the
back of a typical computer. Your system may look differ-
ent.
Congratulations! Your new Travan USB drive is now ready
to run a backup. See page 11 for drive operating instruc-
tions. For instructions on using your backup software, see
the online manual that came with the software.
