Operating of CD player
SCAN function
Press button 5 SCAN to start searching through
the disc. A 10- second sample of the beginning
of each track is played. The sequence number
of the track on the disc is displayed at the same
time.
Press preset button 12 OK to end the scan
mode. Current track will be played normally.
Stopping playback
To stop disc playback and to switch on the
radio, press button 3 FM or 9 AM
The last selectedstation will play.
Track select buttons
During CD playback, press button
to previous track.

Press button 6 to skip to next track. Playback
starts from the beginning of selected track.

Seek buttons
Press and hold button
or fast forward within a track of the CD. Normal
playback resumes after you release the button.
Disc ejection button (EJECT)
Press button
currently being played, playback stops and
radio is switched on. If no disc is in the drive,
NO CD is displayed.
If you do not remove ejected disc from the unit,

it will be drawn back to the unit automatically
for safety reasons.

MENU setting button
Press button 11 MENU in the CD playback
mode to display the following picture:
MIX
Playback in random order.
Press preset button 12 MIX
parameter:
OFF playback in normal order
TRACK playback in random order
MIX appears on the display when random
playback is active.
REPEAT
Select repeat mode. Press preset button
REPEAT to select:
OFF playback in normal order
TRACK repeated playback of current track
When REPEAT mode is active, top line of the
RPT
display shows .
By pushing the preset button
move to the second level, see chapter Special
features.
