1. Disassembly and reassembly of the magazine ass'y
• Disassembly and reassembly of the
magazine ass'y

(2) Reassembly
Conduct reassembly by reversing the disassembly procedure while fitting the convex portion of the
Magazine [132] to the Nose [43].
• Fold back the Cover [118] twice, fit its hole to the convex portion of the Magazine [132], and then press it
with Pushing Lever Cover (B) [134]. The Cover [118] must be located outside Pushing Lever Cover (B)
[134].
• This nailer has its Name Plate [139] attached to the Magazine Cover [137]. So when replacing the
Magazine Cover [137] with a new one, you must also order a new Name Plate [139] and attach it to
the Magazine Cover [137].
Use a flat-blade
screwdriver to remove.

[Tools required]
• Flat-blade screwdriver
• Phillips screwdriver
• Roll pin puller (ø 4, ø 2.5)
• Hex. bar wrench (4 mm)
• M5 spanner
(1) Disassembly
• Loosen the Hex. Socket Hd. Bolt M5 x 20 [111]
and Nylon Nut M5 [57] by using the Hex. bar
wrench (4 mm) and M5 spanner, and then
remove the Sleeve [133].
• Uncouple and remove the Nose [43] by
deforming Pushing Lever Cover (B) [134] by
using a flat-blade screwdriver or similar tool.
