Under 'Video Over IP' menu
Select 'IPv4 Video Over IP Configuration'
Select 'IGMP Snooping'
Confirm other settings match those as shown in the above image
Click 'APPLY' to update the setting

Tick 'Enabled' checkbox adjacent to IGMP Query Status
