a ) Visually and by hand check the following
components for proper installation,
clamping, connection and damage:
• Brake lines, hoses and protectors
• Fuel lines, hoses and protectors
• Steering linkage and dust boots

• Drive shaft boots
• Parking brake cable
b ) Visually check the following components
for fluid leakage:
• Engine
• Transmission
• Front axle
• Transfer
• Steering gear
• Brake lines
• Fuel lines
• Rear axle
c ) Visually check the entire underside of the
body for proper rust-resistant coating.
