DURATION TO THE DURATION OF
THE WRITTEN LIMITED

HEREIN, RadioShack SHALL HAVE
NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY
TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER
PERSON OR ENTITY WITH
RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY, LOSS
OR DAMAGE CAUSED DIRECTLY
OR INDIRECTLY BY USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT
