    43-637.fm Page 5 Friday, August 13, 1999 10:45 AM PREPARATION INSTALLING BATTERIES Your telephone uses two AAA batteries (not supplied) for power to retain the numbers you store in memory. For the best performance and longest life, we recommend alkaline batteries, such as Cat.

NORM/STORE BATT TEST NORM SELECTING A LOCATION You can place the phone on a desk top or table, or mount it on a telephone wall plate or directly on the wall.
