Solution
Check the IR remote
For a good battery.
Eject first DVD disc
and insert another
into unit.
Insert the disc with
the label side up.
Clean the disc with
a soft cloth.
Replace the disc
with no scratches.
Let dry for about
one hour with the
power turned on.
Consul your dealer
at the store of
purchase.
Replace with a
non-scratched,
non-warped disc.
Eject the disc and
reload it properly.
