This chapter provides troubleshooting information for the AL2251W:
1. No Power
Replace X401, X402
No power
Press power key and look if the
picture is normal
NG
Please reinsert and make sure the
AC of 100-240 is normal
OK
Measure U701 Pin 2=12V, U702 Pin
2=3.3V, U705 Pin 2=3.3V.
NG
OK
Check if X401,X402 oscillate
waveforms are normal
NG
OK
Replace U401
NG
Reinsert or check the
power section
Measure CN701 Pin3=12V?
OK
Replace U701, U703, U705
