1. Warranty Repair Period
Warranty repair period is one year
commencing on the date of purchase of
product. Consumable materials are not
covered by warranty (consumable
materials include all types of filter
cartridge assembly).
Note: The purifier is designed for home
use only; it is necessarily suitable for use
in other circumstances
2. Warranty repair conditions
Users should comply with the following
in order to keep the right for warranty
repair:
(1) The user has obtained the product
lawfully through authorized retailers;
(2) The user is able to offer the original
tax invoice and instruction manual for the
product;
(3) The product has been used strictly in
accordance with its instruction manual;
(4) The user has used the product under
suitable conditions;
(5) Maintenance and repair, if required,
should be carried out by appointed
service providers.
3. Exceptions
The product is not covered by warranty
for malfunction or damage under any of
the following circumstances:
(1) The product has been obtained
through illegal means or illegal channels;
(2) The tax invoice has been misplaced
and relevant proof of product cannot be
provided;
(3) The product malfunctions or is
damaged as a result of unreasonable use
such as to contravene the instruction
manual;
(4) Forcible use of the product in
abnormal conditions such as to cause it
to malfunction or be damaged;
(5) Intentional or unintentional human
error;
(6) Damage as a result of force majeure
factors (e.g. natural disasters, wars, etc.)
(7) The product has been serviced by
unauthorized workers.
4. Repair warranty services
For product malfunction or damage that
occurs during the warranty repair period
subject to the product meeting the warranty
repair conditions and is not covered by
exceptions our company will provide
comprehensive warranty repair services in
accordance with regulations. Such services
include:
(1) Free repair of malfunctioned equipment;
(2) Free replacement of malfunctioned
accessories;
(3) Other items stipulated by State laws
and regulations (including "Consumer
Right Protection Law" and "Product
Quality Law")
5. Repair warranty service process
(1) The user should immediately stop using
the product in the event of malfunction. It
should promptly contact our company's
appointed service provider after confirming
that all warranty repair conditions have been
met.
(2) The user should show valid tax invoice
for the product to the repair staff, before
informing the repair staff of the product's
state and malfunction. The repair staff will
then conduct relevant inspection and
repair work.
(3) If the cause of malfunction is covered
by repair warranty, the user should pay
service charge to the repair staff based on
the fee standard provided by the repair staff.
