gSC 10

Cadence data from the GSC 10 is
always recorded. If there is no GSC 10
paired, GPS data is used to calculate
the speed and distance. Cadence is
your rate of pedaling or "spinning"
measured by the number of revolutions
of the crank arm per minute (rpm).
There are two sensors on the GSC 10:
one for cadence and one for speed.
Calibrating Your Bike Sensor
Before you customize the bike sensor
options, you must change your sport to
cycling
(page
16).
Before you can calibrate your bike
sensor, it must be properly installed
and actively recording data.
Calibrating your bike sensor is
optional and can improve accuracy.
For calibration instructions specific
to your power meter, refer to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Forerunner 610 Owner's Manual
1. Select
> Setup > Bike Sensor
> Calibration.
2. Select an option:
• To use GPS to determine your
wheel size, select Auto.
• To enter your wheel size, select
Manual.
