The
Impact Control
Selector,
which
is
located to the
right
of
the
Pitch Selector, dictates
to
the printer
how
hard
the
characters
on
the
daisy
wheel
will
strike
the
page
You
have
a
choice of
two
settings
L
(light)
and
H
(heavy)
KB
I/KB
II
Selector
The
KB
I/KB
II
selector
switch
is
located
to
the far
right
of
the
keyboard
KB
I
allows
printing
of
the
alpha/numeric
symbols
normally
associated
with
a
traditional
keyboard
On
the
keys
which
contain
three or
more
characters,
KB
II
enables
you
to
access
the
symbols
located
on
the
right
side
of
the trdditional
characters
Accessing
KB
II
Move
the selector
switch
to
KB
II
The
symbols
to the right
side
of
the traditional
characters are
now
available
for
use
If
the
symbol
is
located
on
the
upper
right side
of the
traditional
character,
• PRESS SHIFT
+
THE
DESIRED
KEY
If
the
symbol
is
located to the
lower
right side
of
the traditional
character,
• PRESS
THE
DESIRED
KEY
(no
shift
is
required)
