Child safety
General
WARNING!
Do not allow children to play with the
tumble dryer.
• If the door is opened when a programme is
running the garments may be very hot, with a
risk of burn injuries.
• The tumble dryer does not start automatically
when the door is closed (if a child pulls the
door shut from the inside, for example).
Child-safe start
By activating the child-safe start function you
can prevent children from starting the tumble
dryer or changing the current programme.
1. Turn the programme selector until Settings is
highlighted in the display window.
2. Press the middle of the programme selector
once.
3. Turn the programme selector until Child-safe
is highlighted in the display window.
4. Press the programme selector once to
access the options menu on the right of the
display.
5. Turn the programme selector to choose
between On and Off.
6. Press the programme selector to activate.
To deactivate child-safe start
temporarily:
Simultaneously press the programme selector
and the Start button to deactivate child-safe
start for three minutes.
