Switching the display off/on
Press the i button.

Select Display Off Display Off.

The display is switched off. The functions of
the multimedia system continue to be availa-
ble. The selected audio source remains audi-
ble.
To switch on the display again: press the
X
control knob.

Alternatively, you can call up a different
function (e.g. radio).

You can make individual tone settings for the
following audio sources:

Select the audio source you would like to

adjust the sound for.
Press the : button repeatedly until the

menu bar is selected.
Select Sound Sound.

The display shows the current sound settings.
Adjusting treble and bass
Call up the sound settings.

Select Treble Treble or Bass Bass.

The display shows the sound setting with cur-
rent sound level : and previous sound
level ;.
Select the desired sound level

Setting the sound distribution
You can adjust the balance and fader depending
on the vehicle's equipment.
Balance: sound distribution to the right or left

Fader: sound distribution to the front or rear

(-10 -10 to +10). +10
