When you report a problem that has occurred in a unit in a ProFibre Storage
Array, it is important that you report the following information, in addition to the
error information given to you by your operating system:
Model number
Serial number
You can report problems to:

of the enclosure.

This information is located on the label at the bottom
right on the rear flange of the enclosure. It is on the
horizontal surface in front of the fan-and-power-
supply unit. The serial number begins with 11S.
