Possible causes are as follows:
Issue 01 (2014-03-29)
Go to Settings. Under WLAN, turn on WLAN.
Touch WLAN to search for WLAN networks in range.
From the displayed WLAN networks, touch the desired network. In the displayed dialog
box, enter the password for the WLAN network, and touch Connect. After the
connection is set up, you will be able to use the WLAN network to access the Internet.
The x digital subscriber line (xDSL) connection failed. If the hotspot (such as a wireless
router) your phone connects to accesses the Internet through xDSL and the xDSL
connection fails, the Internet connection is unavailable.
