Forgot your screen unlock pattern?
If you‟ve forgotten your screen unlock pattern, you have up to five attempts to
unlock your phone. If the pattern has been drawn incorrectly five times, you
can enter your Google account user name and password to unlock your
phone.
IMPORTANT: You must sign in or create a Google account on your phone
before using the following method to reset or cancel the lock pattern.
