Clean the i n let port mounting su rface and
the case su rface .
•
When i nsta l ling the crankshaft, apply the
@ .
liquid gasket to
SUZU K I Bond No. 4
•
Be sure to set the spacer when insta l l i n g
t h e oil pump.
•
Match the projecting part of o i l p um p and
the groove @ .
•
Check the oi l seal and the bearing for
damage or excessive clearance.
•
Apply grease to the o i l sea l .
•
Apply o i l to the bearing.

I nstall the engi ne ground wire.
•
C heck for damage and bent reeds.
careful not to bend the reed valve stopper.

•
U se a c ran kshaft remover to prevent
damage to the cra n kshaft bearing and
c rankshaft.
