When the tires must be repaired or replaced

Take the vehicle to the nearest Lexus dealer or authorized tire dealer. The tire

pressure sensors will be affected by tire installation or removal.
Replace the grommets for the tire pressure sensors as well.

To avoid damaging the tire pressure sensors

Do not use liquid sealants on flat tires.
