Problem
Cleaning agent residue
is left in the dispenser
for powder cleaning
agent at the end of a
programme.
The powder cleaning
agent dispenser lid
cannot be closed
properly.
Knocking noise in the
wash cabinet.
Rattling noise in the
wash cabinet.
Knocking noise in the
water pipes.

Possible cause
The dispenser for powder
cleaning agent was still
damp when it was filled.
An item was blocking the
lid of the powder cleaning
agent dispenser.
Clogged detergent
residue is blocking the
catch.
A spray arm is knocking
against an item.
Items are insecure in the
wash cabinet.
This may be caused by
the on-site installation or
the cross-section of the
piping.
Remedy
– Remove the residue.
– Run the process again.
– Make sure the dispenser is
dry before adding cleaning
agent.
Arrange the items so that the
lid can open.
Remove the residue.

rearrange the load; see
