or C605 > 2.99V ?
then must be HDC600 pin7 or C606 > 3.0V

Check SIM_CLK Signal on

Resolder or Replace HDC600 connector.
pin11(C608) of HDC600 in a few
seconds.
(Because of not soldering well)
