Central Locking

f Please observe the chapter "SEAT MEMORY"
on Page 26.
f Please observe the chapter "LOAD SWITCH-
OFF AFTER 2 HOURS OR 7 DAYS"
on Page 220.
Both car doors and the filler flap can be centrally
unlocked or locked with the remote control.
A short signal from the alarm horn will draw your
attention to the fact that the following
components are not completely closed when you
lock the vehicle:
– Driver's door (The vehicle cannot be locked if
the driver's door is not completely closed.).
– Passenger's door
– Luggage compartment lid
– Engine compartment lid
– Glove compartment
Note on operation
Further unlocking variants are available in vehicles
with the Sport Chrono Turbo package.
f Please observe the chapter "Individual
Memory" in the separate PCM operating
instructions.
Automatic relocking
If the vehicle is unlocked using the remote control
and if none of the doors are opened within approx.
100 seconds, automatic relocking takes place.
This relocking time can be adapted to your
individual requirements (10–100 seconds).
f Consult a qualified specialist workshop.
We recommend that you use a Porsche
partner for this work since these are staffed
with trained personnel and have the necessary
parts and tools.
Note
The doors can be opened after automatic
relocking by pulling the inner door handle twice
(theft protection is limited).
The desired locking condition can be achieved
by unlocking/locking again.
Locking conditions

Warning!
If the vehicle is only locked once, passengers
remaining inside the car cannot open the door in
an emergency.
f Quickly press button 1 of the remote control
twice so that the door can be opened with the
inner door handle.
f Lock vehicle once.
The doors cannot be opened, either from
outside or from inside.
The alarm system and passenger
compartment monitoring system are
switched on.
f Quickly press button 1 of the remote
control twice.
The passenger compartment monitoring
system is switched off.
The doors are locked but can be opened
from the inside. To do this:
1. Pull inner door handle once.
Door lock is unlocked.
2. Pull inner door handle again.
Door can be opened.
f Inform any persons remaining in the vehicle
that the alarm system will be triggered if the
door is opened.
