Some emergency numbers (110 (Police), 119 (Fire),
etc.) are available even when certain Call Barring
settings are active. See details below.

Offline mode ( P.3-4) is active.
Call Cost limit exceeded ( P.2-
12).
820SC is locked ( P.13-5).
Required PIN not entered ( P.13-
3).
USIM Card cannot be
authenticated ( P.13-4).
Outgoing Call Barring ( P.16-11)
is active.
