Issue
A lot of background noise
during a phone call.
During a call, I can hear the
other person but they
cannot hear me.
SYNC is not able to down-
load my phonebook.
The system says "Phone-
book downloaded" but my
phonebook in SYNC is
empty or is missing
contacts.
