S (*1): The time required for the sensor data conversion will vary depending on number of enabled
channels as follows:
S (*2): The Celsius data is expressed up to the 0.1 degree accuracy by multiplying 10 and the Celsius value
together.
Example: Temperature measured : 100 °C, Celsius data in the shared memory: K1000
