❑ If you spill liquid, such as water, on the keyboard, follow these steps:

Be sure to take the appropriate measures if you spill liquid, even a small amount, on the keyboard, as it may cause the computer to malfunction.

Immediately turn off the computer, disconnect the AC adapter, and remove the battery pack.

Wipe off any liquid on the keyboard with a soft, dry cloth.

Grasp the bottom of the computer close to the LCD screen with both hands and gently lift the computer, tilting it to
your side.

Do not tilt the computer against your side as it may cause the liquid to seep into the internal components of the computer resulting in computer
malfunctions.

Wipe off the liquid, drained off through the bottom drain hole (3), with a soft, dry cloth.
