APPENDIX
Audio Problems
There is no output from one
of the speakers.
There is an unusual sound
from inside the product.
There is no sound
when connecting via HDMI/
USB.
PC Mode Problems
The signal is out of range.
There is a vertical bar or
stripe in the background &
horizontal noise & incorrect
position.
The screen color is unstable
or in a single color.
When connecting with an
HDMI cable to the PC, there
is no audio.

Adjust the balance in the menu.
A change in ambient humidity or temperature may result in an unusu-
al noise when the product is turned on or off and does not indicate a
fault with the product.
Check that you are using a High Speed HDMI cable.
Check that your USB cable is version 2.0 or late
Use a normal MP3 file
Adjust resolution, horizontal frequency, or vertical frequency on the PC.
Check the input source.
Activate the Auto configure feature or adjust size, phase, or H/V posi-
tion. (Option)
TThe signal from the PC (video card) is out of the vertical or horizontal
frequency range of the product. Adjust the frequency range by refer-
ring to the Specifications in this user's guide.
Check the manual for the video card in the PC to see if it supports
HDMI audio and how to set it up properly.
