Is FM signal at pin 79 of
IC101 270 mVp-p ?

Is FM signal at pin 8 of IC3001
more than 1V?
NO
Is VIDEO output at the emitter
of IC4501 2Vp-p, and are
there any noises?
YES
Change J8005.
