Make a call via the phone book
You can conveniently make calls using the phone book. There are
different ways how to establish a call with the phone book:
• Call by name
• Call by phone book position
• Quick dial by name.

• Quick dial by position.

Note: If a company phone book was set up, you can
also dial a number by position in the company phone
book. Please contact your system administrator for
further information.

Press the key which has the first character of the name
You can enter more characters, for example the first three
characters of the name you are looking for. How to write text, see
section "Write text".
Press to confirm
YES
The first name beginning with that letter is displayed.
Scroll up or down until you find the name and press
YES
The number is dialled.
Note: How to make calls via the answered call list,
missed call list or last dialled lists, see sections "Incoming
calls" and "Outgoing calls".
Call by phone book position
Phone numbers can be dialled by using its position number in the
phone book.
