To cancel playback with PBC
functions (Ver. 2.0)

In stop mode, press ./> to select a
track.

Press N (or CD NX on the unit).
The PBC indicator disappears and playback
starts from the selected track. Still images,
such as the menu screens, will not be
shown.
You can use the numeric buttons instead of
performing steps 1 and 2.
To return to PBC playback, press x twice, then
press N (or CD NX on the unit).
Tip
"PBC" appears for the disc with PBC functions, and
the PBC indicator disappears when its function is
canceled.

Playing repeatedly

— Repeat Play

You can play all the tracks on a disc.
This function cannot be used while the PBC
indicator lights up.
Press REPEAT/FM MODE on the unit
repeatedly during playback until
"REPEAT" appears.
Playback of all the tracks on a disc repeats up to
five times.
To cancel Repeat Play
Press REPEAT/FM MODE on the unit
repeatedly until "REPEAT" disappears.

Creating your own
program

— Program Play

You can make a program of up to 30 steps.
You can synchro record the programed tracks
onto a cassette tape (page 18).
This function cannot be used while the PBC
indicator lights up.
Use buttons on the remote for the operation.

Press CD to switch the function to CD.

Press PLAY MODE/TUNING MODE on
the unit in stop mode repeatedly until
"PGM" appears.

Press ./> repeatedly until the
desired track number appears.

The track is programed.
