Pedal Box Assembly, Pedal Assembly

(Time required : About 5 minutes)
21-1. Remove the cap from the rear leg L, and disconnect
the PK-LF cable. (fi g. 26)
21-2. Remove the two (2) screws marked [11aA]. The pedal
box assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 26)
21-3. Remove the adjuster. (Fig. 27)
21-4. Remove the eight (8) screws marked [7C] and the
screw marked [10B]. The pedal assembly can then be
removed. (Fig. 27)
21-5. Remove the three (3) screws marked [9]. The pedal
box can then be removed. (Fig. 27)

22. PEDAL (SW) Circuit Board and PEDAL
VR Circuit Board
(Time required : About 10 minutes)
22-1. Remove the cap from the rear leg L, and disconnect
the PK-LF cable. (fi g. 26)
22-2. Remove the pedal box assembly. (See procedure 21)
22-3. Remove the adjuster. (Fig. 27)
22-4. Remove the pedal assembly. (See procedure 21)
22-5. Remove the two (2) screws marked [270]. The two (2)
actuators can then be removed. (Fig. 28)
22-6. Remove the screw marked [120B]. The pedal piece L
can then be removed. (Fig. 28)
22-7. Straighten the three (3) bent frame portions marked
[A] securing the PEDAL (SW) circuit board using
pliers or the like and remove the two (2) screws
marked [120C]. Lift the PEDAL (SW) circuit board
together with the PEDAL VR circuit board a little and
then slide to the right to remove them. (Fig. 28)
22-8. Remove the two (2) rubber contacts from the PEDAL
(SW) circuit board. (Fig. 29)
22-9. Pull out the VR actuator from the PEDAL VR circuit
board and remove the hexagonal nut marked [B]. The
VR holder can then be removed. (Fig. 29)
Remove the soldering connecting the PEDAL (SW)
circuit board and PEDAL VR circuit board to separate
the PEDAL (SW) circuit board from the PEDAL VR

circuit board. (Fig. 29)

22-5. [270] のネジ 2 本を外して、アクチュエータを 2 個外し

22-6. [120B] のネジ 1 本を外して、ペダル本体 ( L) を外し
ます。 （図 28）
22-7. PEDAL (SW) シー トを止めている [A] のフレーム折り
曲げ部 3 箇所をペンチ等で真直ぐに戻し、[120C] の
ネジ 2 本を外して、PEDA L (SW ) シートと PEDA L
V R シートを一緒に右方向にスライ ドさせて外します。

22-8. PEDAL (SW) シー トから接点ゴム 2 個を外します。

22-9. PEDAL VR シー トから VR アクチュエータを抜き、[B]
の六角ナッ ト1 個を外して、可変抵抗取付金具を外し
ます。 （図 29）
PEDAL (SW) シー トと PEDAL VR シー トを取り付け
ている半田を取り除いて、それぞれのシートに分けま
す。 （図 29）
