Acer Aspire 5542G keyboard, top case Replacement
Step 3
Raise the keyboard a little (slightly bending in order to free its plastic fixtures from the base case).
Before putting the key board completely out, disconnect its flat cable from the motherboard.
Step 4
In order to make the top case free remove the screen screws and unplug its cables:
1. remove two side screws
2. unplug the connector at the bottom of the screen
At the bottom of laptop unplug two coax cables which pierce top case and mother board
