SOLVING OPERATING PROBLEMS
15.1
Wash Cycle Time Variations
Wash cycle time is approximate and may be affected by a number of factors:
If water pressure or flow rate is low, cycle time will increase due to longer fill times. Ensure that inlet
hose filters are not blocked.
The out of balance and oversudsing recovery will extend the cycle time.
Various options selected or washing a particularly large load may take the washer longer than expected.
These do not affect the functionality of the wash.
15.2
Detergent/Fabric Softener Remaining in the Dispenser
Was the detergent dispenser drawer closed throughout the entire cycle?
Is the dispenser accumulating dirt? If so, clean it out.
Was the dispenser overloaded with detergent?
A small amount of water remaining in the dispenser at the end of the cycle is normal.
If there is liquid sitting at the MAX level at the end of the cycle, there may be a blockage.
Try cleaning the dispenser to remove any blockages.
15.3
Washing Comes out Very Wet at Cycle End
What cycle was selected? Particularly short or delicate cycles have shorter spins, which can result in
wetter washing at the end.
What spin speed was selected? Try selecting a faster spin speed.
Did the washer go out of balance? If so, the washer will have compensated and spun the load at a
slower speed, to reduce noise and potential damage to itself.
Re-spin washing by selecting the SPIN cycle, select the desired spin speed in OPTIONS, then press
START / PAUSE.
