(6) 480P signal white balance adjustment
a) Using a 480P signal generator, feed the following pattern signal through the COMPONENT terminal.
Then set the screen mode to STRECH. (This automatic adjustment works only in the STRECH screen
mode.)

b) Look at the category "AD9883" on the adjustment process menu. Modify the "R/G/B GAIN" and "R/G/B
OFFSET" settings as follows.
"R/G/B GAIN" from 240 to 140
"R/G/B OFFSET" from 55, 65 and 55 to 70, 50 and 70, respectively
c) Modify the "R/G/B GTAR" settings as follows.
"R/G/B GTAR" from D9, BD and D7 to D8, BC and D6, respectively
d) Still on the category "AD9883" adjustment process menu screen, make automatic adjustment with "AUTO
GAIN OFFSET".
e) Finally adjust the "R OFFSET" setting to -1.
*1 Make this adjustment after 30 minutes of aging.
*2 "AUTO GAIN OFFSET": Automatic adjustment is going on with "RUN" appearing. It ends when "OFF"
appears instead.
