Problem
A function has been
selected and the time of
day and the  symbol
are still in the display.
The oven does not heat
up.
A function has been
selected but the oven is
not working.

display with the
triangle  flashing

time. The buzzer might
also be sounding.

If the door is opened
whilst using Microwave
Solo , the oven stops
making a noise.
A noise can be heard
after a cooking process.
Possible cause and remedy
The system lock  has been switched on.
 Switch off the system lock (see "System lock ").
Demo mode has been activated.  appears in the
display.The oven can be operated but does not heat
up.
 Deactivate Demo mode (see "Settings –  ").
There has been a power cut which has caused a
current cooking process to stop.
 Turn the function selector to the • position and
switch the oven off. Start the cooking process
again.
The power supply was interrupted for longer than 200
hours.
 Reset the time of day (see "Using for the first
time").
The oven has been operating for an unusually long
time and this has activated the safety switch-off
function.
 Turn the function selector to • and switch off the
oven. The oven is now ready to use again
immediately.
There is a problem that you cannot resolve.
 Call Miele.
This is not a fault. If Microwave Solo  is being
used, the door contact switch will switch off
microwave power and reduce the speed of the
cooling fan when the door is opened.
The cooling fan is switched on.
It will switch off automatically after a while.
