Possible Fail-safe at Power OFF

When this terminal detects a failed state, the machine will stand by automatically 2 seconds after the system Power ON.
Then, the TIMER indicator will flash on and off.

• Defect in communication with DVD
After start of BUS communication, if proper communication is not conducted for 4.3 seconds in a row, the DVDRESET
terminal (93P) will be set to the limited time "L".
• Defect in communication with MD
After start of BUS communication, if proper communication is not conducted for 2.5 seconds in a row, the MDRESET
terminal (35P) will be set to the limited time "L".

• Due to any other abnormal condition, If DVD cannot be put into a complete stop with Power OFF, after 20 seconds, the
machine will be forcefully powered off and enter in the stand-by state.
<<Abnormal termination of MD >>
• Due to any other abnormal condition, If MD cannot be put into a complete stop with Power OFF, after 50 seconds, the
machine will be forcefully powered off and enter in the stand-by state.
