Locking a picture protects important pictures from being deleted
accidentally. This allows the user to ensure their best pictures are not deleted
under any circumstance while the picture is locked. The user can still unlock
their pictures, however, this adds another precautionary step before pictures
can be accidentally deleted. With all of the hard work put into capturing a
great picture, the user can rest assured their picture is safe when it is locked.
To lock a picture follow the steps below.
1. Press the "Power" button to turn the camera on.
2. Press the "Menu" button.
3. Press the arrow buttons (surrounding "Func. Set") to change menu
tabs.
4. Press the arrow buttons to select "Protect".
5. Press the "Flash" button to cycle through the captured pictures.
6. Press "Func. Set" to lock the displayed picture.
Note: To unlock a picture, press "Func. Set" again.
