It is not the responsibility of PaLaZZETTI to carry out
the work needed to install the stove. Such works are
entirely up to the installer who is requested to check
the flue and air intake and to check if the installation
solutions proposed are feasible. all applicable
standards and local, national and European legislation
in force in the country where the stove is installed must
be respected.

Use of the appliance is subject to compliance with all
the safety standards established by the relevant laws
in force in the place of installation, in addition to the
instructions contained in this manual.

1.8 LeGaL Guarantee
The user may only make use of the legal guarantee,
as under the EEC directive 1999/44/CE, if he has
scrupulously complied with the regulations indicated
in this manual, and more specifically:
• To work always within the stove's limits of use
• Maintenance must be constant and careful;
• Only allow people who are capable and who have
been suitably trained to use the stove.
Failure to comply with the instructions provided in this
manual will invalidate the guarantee immediately.

Handbuch beschriebenen Heizofenmodell befugt ist,
ausgeführt werden.

Die Haftung für die Installation des Heizofens
geht keinesfalls zu Lasten der Fa. PaLaZZETTI.
Sie geht zu Lasten des Installateurs, dem die
ausführung der Kontrollen des Rauchfangs und
der Lüftungsöffnung bzw. die Korrektheit der
vorgeschlagenen Installationslösungen übertragen
wird. Es sind alle Vorschriften der örtlichen, nationalen
und europäischen Gesetzgebung zu beachten, die im
jeweiligen aufstellungsland gültig sind.

Der Gebrauch des Gerätes unterliegt nicht nur den
im vorliegenden Handbuch enthaltenen Vorgaben,
sondern auch der Beachtung aller im Installationsland
durch die entsprechende Gesetzgebung vorgesehenen
Sicherheitsbestimmungen.

1.8 GeWÄHrLeIstunG
Damit der Benutzer die gesetzliche Garantie laut
Richtlinie 1999/44/EG beanspruchen kann, hat er die
anweisungen dieses Handbuchs gewissenhaft zu
befolgen und insbesondere:
• immer innerhalb der Einsatzgrenzen des Heizofens
vorzugehen;
• d i e Wa r t u n g r e g e l m ä ß i g u n d s o r g f ä l t i g
auszuführen;
• nur Personen mit den geeigneten Kapazitäten
und Befähigungen bzw. zu diesem Zweck
geschulte Personen mit der Heizofenbedienung zu
beauftragen.
Das fehlende Einhalten der Beschreibungen dieses
Handbuchs führt zum unverzüglichen Garantieverfall.
