MUTE Key

Pressing the MUTE key will activate your player's mute function. While sound will cease
on any played program, normal video images will continue to be broadcast. When the
MUTE key is pressed, a MUTE message will appear in the upper right hand corner of the
viewing monitor. To restore sound, press the MUTE button once again; an UNMUTE mes-
sage will then appear on-screen.

T-SEARCH Key

The above icons will appear on-screen when you press the T-SEARCH key. This key is
employed to execute a chapter search. Press the up or down (
your preference.

PROGRAM Key

The above icon will appear on-screen when you press the PROGRAM key. This key is
used to set the play order of various chapters (songs, segments) on an installed disc. This
function is only available for VCD and CD discs. For playing back VCD, VCD's playback
control (PBC) function must be OFF (see page 60). You can arrange and rearrange selec-
tions based on your own preference by scrolling up and down using the
