DISASSEMBLING
(1) Remove Handle section as illustrated in Fig. 4.

Remove six 5x25 Tapping screws.
Disconnect Connector of Switch from Controller.
Separate Handle section (Handle base, Switch,
Power supply cord, Handle, Handle cover.)

(2) After removing ring spring 26, disassemble the components of Chuck mechanism.
Tool retainers can be removed from Tool holders as illustrated in Fig. 5.

For easy and safety disassembling, stand the machine
on Work bench as illustrated below.
And remove Tool holder cap with slotted screwdriver.

remove two Tool retainers.
