Refusing or deflecting a Call

When you can hear an incoming call, but you do not
want to take it at the moment, you can refuse or
deflect a call.
1.
When your handset is ringing. Press the
[MENU] button
2.
Press the
required function
[1: Call Refusal]: The connection will then be
terminated.
[2: Call Deflect]: If you enter the telephone
number of the extension which the call is to be diverted
to and then press the OK button. The call will then be
deflected.
