4. TROUBLE SHOOTING
SETTING : After initialize Agilent 8960, Test EGSM900, DCS mode ( or GSM850, PCS mode )

Check microphone sound hole
Make a phone call, No
1. Check mic Bias signal line
then check C30(TP1) mic bias
. Change the U01

Yes
Check the signal
Level at each side
No
of MIC501. Change the microphone
Is it a few tens
mV AC?
Yes

Check the soldering of
Re-solder component
C53, C59(TP5,6)
Yes
Microphone will work
properly.
