tear bar,

cleanly
from
the
printer.

REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE
TOOLS
REQUIRED:
Spring
Hook, Snap
Ring Tool
1.
Remove
the
two
springs
from
the
left
and
right
ends
of the
column
scale/tear
bar.
2.
Remove
the
snap
ring
from
the
left
end
of the
column
scale/tear
bar
and remove
the
assembly
from
the
printer.

ADJUSTMENTS
1.
No
adjustments
are
required
on
the
column
scale/tear
bar assembly.
D.
PREVENTIVE
MAINTENANCE
1.
Clean the
column
scale/tear
bar
assembly with
a
mild
detergent.
