If the main subject is outside the autofocus frame marks:
Use focus lock. (
Lighting/blinking of the green LED
When correct focus has been achieved, the green LED lights up.

Center the autofocus

Press the shutter release

button halfway to focus.
aBlinking indicates the subject is too close.
For correct focus to be achieved, keep the
camera away from the subject for more than
approx. 0.8m (2.6 ft.).
Note that you may take a picture even if the
camera-to-subject distance is extremely
short (approx. 0.1m (0.3 ft.)) and out of the
control range of the camera. However, the
focus may not be sharp.
